wHAT IS SURPPOSE TO HAPPEN WHEN YOU PURCHASE A USED CAR FROM A USED CAR DEALER AS IS? PAID THE CAR OFF 8 MONTHS EARLY.THEY WONT SEND ME MY CAR TITLE.
