More details to this question:
I just got notified by mail saying I have a judgement on me from a cridit card. I called the number and they said it was in good standing for 5 yrs! And opened for 1500! I have never had a card for that much. Which is why I want to fight it. But the lawyer says I don''t have a case because of the time period which it was opened for. I have old driver license''s which show my old address.so I would like to fight this someone has stolen my info. Is there anyway to solve this and sue the person?
