More details to this question:
I found myself in a situation where my salary was suddenly reduced by a third and I was unable to meet my financial obligations. Facing a possible eviction I chose to take out some online loans. Of course that snowballed out of control with their outlandish fees, which I understand is illegal in Florida. Unable to pay all these loans, legally what is your best advice?

A debt collector cannot charge for something that was not agreed to.  If an alleged debtor doesn’t owe the money it is a violation of the law for a collector to try and force the alleged debtor to pay the money.  The would be a violation of the Florida Consumer Collection Practices Act. www.ConsumerRightsOrlando.com
