What type lawyer do I need for collecting a personal private loan?

More details to this question:
I have a signed contact stating amount owed. He has left a recorded message on my cell phone admitting to owing me plus a threat if I tell people he owes me.He has agreed to pay a small amount on these messages but has yet to follow through.
