What type of lawyer do I need?

More details to this question:
I am being sued by a collection agency , Dyck-O'Neal for a property that was forclosed on. They are suing for damages of $64,000. We never received a notice that the debt was sold. Do we need a Debt Relief lawyer or Real Estate lawyer?

Depends on what your plans are. Civil trial/consumer lawyer to defend or bankruptcy lawyer to file bankruptcy are 2 most common.
