6 years ago i cosigned on a car loan for my girlfriend at the time (my daughters mom). Things didnt work out and we separated 2 years later. Present day she owes $1500 left on the car loan. The issue is that she is using the toll roads but not paying them. So the pay by tolls bill comes to my address since my name is listed first on the loan. I have been giving her the bills and asking her to pay them and she says shes going to do but never does. This has been going on for over a year now. She has accrued over $600 in collections plus another $950 still owed to the toll company. All this while on an expire tag from December 2022.

You pay the charges as they likely will act as a lien against cars you possess also and damage your credit. Then get with DMV and the ex to transfer full title to her and get your name off of it to stop from happening again.
