QUESTION

Will people lose everything they have if my name happens to be on it somewhere?

More details to this question:
If I just can't pay off an old credit card debt, more than 10 years old, will my family members lose everything they have that happens to have my name on it? The creditors claims they can put a lien on, and take, everything that has my name anywhere on it,even though it isn't really mine. Cars,Bank accounts, etc. Even my own pay checks. They are even contacting people outside of the family,is that legal? What happened to privacy laws? Can they do any of this legally in the state of Texas?

Liars, thieves and cheats.  Over ten years old, tell them to go fly a kite, after you record them lying to you.
