QUESTION

Wrongful garnishment

Asked on Aug 26th, 2013 on Collections - Florida
More details to this question:
I have a judgment from Wells Fargo. They filed for wage garnishment last year and I filed for head of household exemption and they were forced to release the garnishment. I just received another letter from the same attorney stating that they are filing for garnishment again saying that to the best of their knowledge that I am not head of household. Can they continue to do this and do I have any grounds for recourse?
