Trail decision came down from the Judge he left off her 401k , credit cards on my behalf, miscalculated, a bank account figures that cost me to be responsible for more money. My attorney said she will just deal with a motion to re-argue about the 401k , She is not comfortable bringing up all the other issues he did not address in his post trial decision because she has a lot of cases with him and she has to deal with this judge on a regular basis , I am not sure what that meant. I am beside my self because her attorney also wrote the settlement for divorce that was not signed yet but leaves things out that would credit me to owe less. I just paid her for a motion to re-argue and she is holding me hostage over filing fee to submit her motion to re-argue just the 401k that was left off as a matrimonial asset. she refuses to add other issues that were not address. What can I do i have a deadline of a few days to submit the motion the way she wants it just addressing the 401k
