Admissibility of recorded conversation

More details to this question:
I live in florida, and all partys consent state, if i record a conversation at a public place such as a dennys restaurant without anyone elses knowledge is it legal and admissible as evicence?

It is illegal to record a conversation in Florida without the other parties knowledge and consent. Further such a recording would be inadmissible in court.  My advice is do not record a conversation without the other parties knowledge and consent. Even if you did have their knowledge and consent you may have an admissibility problem with hearsay (a statement made out of court that you are now attempting to introduce in court).
