The court in the County where you reside for 90 days and if you live in Texas for 6 months has judication for a divorce and to award spousal support, child support and division of assets. How much you will get depends on your specific circumstances.

I am unsure whether you have gained residency, based on your inquiry; however, assuming you have - you can file in the county in which you have resided for 90 days (as long as you've been in Texas for 6 mos.) and the adultery issue simply gives argument as to why you should receive more than 50% of the community assets you have acquired during your marriage.  Feel free to contact me with further questions.

I would need additional information about you situation before I can give you a definitive answer.  Where in Texas are you located?  Please call my office to schedule an appointment if  you live in or around the Houston, Harris County area.  713-228-1515 Gary Langford
