You will need to get a DNA test and disestablish paternity. Otherwise, you are presumed to be the biological and legal father. You need an attorney ASAP.

If you have not had a paternity test ordered by the court, you will be liable for child support. Ask the court to order a paternity test and if you are not the father, you should be able to get the court to remove the child from the proceeding.

In Michigan it is possible without a child, conceived during the period of the marriage, but not of the parentage of the marriage can be disavowed in the divorce by the non-paternal husband. You should see an attorney.
