Are we eligible for an annulment in NJ?

More details to this question:
We both agreed not to have children, prior to marriage. When we got pregnant we agreed to and did terminated the preganacy. When we got married, she had a internal contraceptive inserted. She tells me that she wants children now, after the contraceptive expires. I still don't want children. We don't have sex, nor talk to one another for over 8 months.

Having a marriage annulled is more difficult because of the criteria needed to be met.  changing your mind about wanting children would not make you eligible for an annulment.  you can file for a "no fault" divorce much more easily.
