Can a married man marry again in the US?

More details to this question:
My husband works in US for almost 8 years yet I do not received allotment. We are married in the Philippines and I found out he got married in the US. Can I sue him here in the Philippines?

If you were legally married in the Philippines, he is breaking the law if he got married again without first obtaining a divorce. For this he could go to jail.

According to US law his marriage in the U.S. would be considered void. You cannot be married to two women at the same time.

No, if you are married anywhere in the world you must get divorced before you remarry in order to avoid being guilty of bigamy.

He cannot marry again legally, that is bigamy and a crime. You can bring your action and complaint where you are, or where he is.
