Alimony can be enforced in any State. There are certain procedural steps you must take to have it enforced, but you can enforce it. Good luck.

Depends how the orders are written. Safest to have them reviewed by a local attorney. The original Judge always maintains jurisdiction.

Generally, yes. The out-of-State order would first have to be domesticated in FL, and once domesticated may be enforced as if it was an order of the FL courts. Where each of the parties is living may be an issue affecting which State has the jurisdiction to enforce the order, so consult with an attorney to discuss the specifics of your situation and your options.
