It depends on the type of harassment. If it constitutes threats, or rises to a level that causes you substantial emotional distress (i.e., you need to go to a counselor, are losing sleep, can?t eat, etc.) and you are afraid of him, then you may be able to obtain a Domestic Violence Protective Order. If he is simply interfering with you and your custodial time, being annoying and irritating, then you may need to simply get a custody order and hold him in contempt of the order if he is violating it. You should consult an attorney to at least find out what your range of options are.
