Can I divorce my husband even though I'm pregnant?

My husband and I got pregnant and decided to get married so I could have health insurance and we felt it was the right thing to do but he started to get angry and I saw a whole new side of him that I didn't see before. I have a child with another man already and I don't feel comfortable having her around him. He is saying he is going to try and delay the divorce until after the baby but I want to hurry up and get the divorce over with. I'm wondering if there are any laws stating I can't get divorced until after the baby is born.
