Can i file for divorce in the USA and have it filed in IReland

I have been legally separated from my spouse for over 20 years. She still lives in Ireland and I have lived in the USA for over 20 years. How can I file for divorce here? She willingly will not sign the papers so what are my options.

If you file for divorce in New York you can have her served pursuant to the Hague Convention. The case will proceed here.
