It takes at least 6 months to obtain a divorce in California. There may be some foreign countries that will grant a fast divorce if you travel there.

It is POSSIBLE but it depends on the agreeability of the parties (you and your wife), as well as the court's schedule.

In North Carolina it is possible but not normal. You would generally need a good reason and both of you would need to be present, cooperative and represented by counsel.

In Nebraska, absolutely not! Nebraska has a hard and fast waiting period of 60 days from the date of service on the Defendant or filing the voluntary appearance by the Defendant, which means even if you are 100% agreed on the divorce, assets, debts, children (if any), etc., you cannot obtain a divorce until the 60 days have passed.

True, but depends on the Judge's schedule; usually only an uncontested matter can qualify for this.
