Can i get a divorce without my wife finding out?

More details to this question:
We got married here in New York a couple months ago and it was a big mistake. I don't want to be with her anymore. I asked he for a divorce and she said she will never give it to me. I don't want any more problems with her. I just want to be single again and move on with my life.

You can't. Notice is required.
However you can get a divorce. Contact a local divorce lawyer and get it done.
