In Arizona abuse is not necessarily a grounds or basis for an annulment. The grounds for a dissolution in Arizona are that the marriage is irretrievably broken, with no prospect of reconciliation. It would appear that there would be no problem with a dissolution. You should consult with an experienced Arizona family law attorney to review your matter.

This is a divorce case, not annulment. Besides, you might get more in the divorce. You really need to talk with a local attorney to discuss all of the issues.
