Hi, I was wondering what my rights are as an ex wife towards some stocks that I recently realized my ex only put what we invested in the stocks and not what they were worth. He originally told me I couldn’t touch them and ignorantly, I believed him. It has bothered me since but was looking over the decree for other reasons and noticed that flaw. We have been divorced for 2 1/2 years and live in Texas. Thank you

Did your husband obtain the stocks before marriage or did he purchase them with separate property funds? That might be a reason they were not divided in the divorce.
