Can I remove both vechiles in a divorce situation

More details to this question:
Severe alcoholic, when leaving want to remove second vehicle from premises to prevent loss of life of others. Must I leave a vehicle for his "use" - no job 15+ years. Would leave at relative's house. no children involved
