Can I still file for divorce in Texas?

More details to this question:
I lived in Texas and got married in Texas in July, 2012 and moved to California because my husband lived there. In December, 2012 my husband and his family kicked me out of the house and I had to fly back to Texas. My question is Can I still file for divorce in Texas?

Yes, you can still file in Texas. You didn't stay in California long enough (six months) to take away Texas' jurisdiction over you.

If you lived in Texas for the last 6 months, you can. The last martial residence may have been California.
