More details to this question:
My ex and I just broke up on January 28, 2013. We been together for 5 years, we got into an argument and when I went to work he moved out everything and holding to some of my things even gifts he bought me like computer jewelry etc. and he's also neglect our 20 month old and he doesn't want to return my $2700 he borrow for school last April. He basically took away everything I own. What can I do because this is stressing me and I need to go file a civil case ASAP? He keeps saying he's going to return my stuff and its almost 2 months and no sign. Oh I also has unpaid hospital bills that he abuse me last may and cause me to get 13 staples in my head.

Seems like you really should get an attorney to assist you in view of the violence and your injuries and the child-related issues such as child support. Perhaps more importantly, a lawyer can assist you in making sure that the child will be as safe as possible during whatever visitations the father may be entitled to.
