My husband may have opened an annuity account and put all his investments, IRA, etc. in it, listing my son as beneficiary. Is this legal with out my legal consent?
Yes, he can put any beneficiary he wants on his annuity. There is no requirement that he place you there unless there is a court order as in a divorce that he do so.
