Can my step mother ask for alimony when she divorces my father, even though she is an illegal alien?

More details to this question:
They have been married for 2 years and been together for 6 years total. She also has never worked or have any kids with him.

The family court does not entertain immigration issues. Your stepmother can request temporary spousal support. Generally, spousal support lasts for 1/2 the length of the marriage.

She can get alimony probably for half the length of the marriage.
