My parents just sign their divorce. Judge said it would be finalized in 6 months and they will receive their paper work in the mail. However, my father already remarried this weekend. Is that legal?

Absolutely not. If you want the new marriage to be legal.Your divorce is not considered final until you receive a document entitled "Notice of Entry of Judgment" that shows the effective date of the divorce finalization.
