My husband and i have been married for about a year but have been together for 3 and he is talking about a divorce but i dont want to go that route and if he ends up filin fpr divorce will the judge consider us seeking marriage counseling or will he automatically award it

No judge will order marriage counseling. A party that wants a divorce can get one, with or without the consent of the other party.
