QUESTION

Could kissing and fondling be considered adultery?

Asked on Aug 27th, 2015 on Divorce - New York
More details to this question:
My wife went to a "male revue" where she assured me no touching would take place. I later found a video in her phone of her kissing, groping and being groped by a male stripper. Their clothes stayed on. To me this is a blatant violation of our vows.

No. But it doesn't matter. Under almost all circumstances adultery is irrelevant to getting a divorce in New York.
