could my wife's lawyer be responsible for damages

I filed for divorce September 2016.at that time my wife and i were civil ,we lived in the same house .it is now almost a year later. her lawyer keeps rescheduling early settlement panel-pre (4 times).It cost more money each time he does this for my lawyer and hers .now my wife and I hate each other and my kids and family are being destroyed . so he can pad the bill

Get your attorney to ask the judge for the other side to pay your attorney's fees.
I hope he or she has already done this.
