Update Your Profile
In order to file for an uncontested divorce, you need to be able to get your husband to sign a document known as a "Waiver of Citation." Otherwise, you will need to file a divorce petition in your county, attempt to serve him with the paperwork, allow him to answer the divorce petition, and try to come to an agreement about what will happen with the property the two of you acquired during your marriage.
