difference between summons with notice and summons verified complaint

More details to this question:
I'm not sure what the difference is between the "Summons with Notice" and the "Simmons" along with "Verified Complaint.". I'm filing on my own, and don't know which to use (what is the difference?) If it helps, custody and child support have already been decided by a court.

If you don't know what you're doing with this basic piece of the case, the rest is going to be a very serious challenge for you...but use the Summons and Complaint.
