Divorce and splitting assets

Asked on Jan 06th, 2014 on Divorce - Florida
More details to this question:
I own 3 properties in Florida, which have been acquired during the marriage. The money used to purchase these properties was from a savings account, before marriage. My husband is only on one of the deeds. Does my husband have the legal right to any of the properties. Thank you.

These properties are marital since they were acquired during the marriage and placed in your husbands name. I am asking myself why did you put them in your husbands name if they were bought with your separate funds?  You essentially gave him a gift of half these properties. If you had titled them in your own name and kept them separate they would be your separate property.
