QUESTION

divorce/annulment

Asked on Jan 24th, 2014 on Divorce - Georgia
More details to this question:
I have filed a Annulment because the fact I entered into a marriage when I was not on my medicine. I have severe mental problems that need constant treatment. I am stabilized now have obviously left the guy I married because I realized that it was not a very good idea to do that. That I didnt really love him but because of my mental status at the time I thought he was the world since being stabilized I have realized different. I have also been advised not to get married because how bad I am in my mental status when not on medicine. Anyway I have filled for my annulment because im now living back home on my proper meds and being properly monitored. That being said will my acting judge grant me this without his signature if in fact he does not sign becuae I have letters and documents backing me up on my problems.

This can depend on many factors and the procedure may be different depending on the county. My best guess is that you will have to have a hearing on the matter and explain to the judge why you are entitled to an annulment.
