More details to this question:
Is it legal that I am recording her in the house and that i have access to all her texts and emails that proves her to be an unfit mother and is having multiple affairs. thank you

It is legal to record a conversation to which you are a party. it is not legal to use her passwords to access her phone or e-mails. It is almost always stupid to try to prove that someone is an unfit mother because of alleged affairs.

Some of this depends on whether she knows you have her passwords to access texts and emails (did she provide those to you?). Honestly, if you are recording things while you are not there, you may be faced with harassment or aggravated harassment. If you are so unhappy that you are recording everything, you should talk to a lawyer about your options going forward.
