Do I need to file a judgement form after I filed a request to enter default?

More details to this question:
I have filed for a divorce and my husband did not respond so I have requested to enter default and received it back by mail on April 23, 2015.

More you need to do several more forms to get your judgment. There us a declaration for uncontested or default judgment, the judgment, notice of entry of judgment. You might want to hire a paralegal to help you wrap this up
