More details to this question:
My wife is 18 years of age but still in high school. We got married on November 7, 2015 and were separated in January. Can we get an annulment or do we have to get a divorce? If so what are the steps for getting a divorce as quickly as possible?

If you are also 18 or older, you may not be able to get an annulment at this point. If you both agree to the divorce, you could get an uncontested divorce about two months after the petition is filed.
