Do lawyers take divorce cases pro bono?

More details to this question:
We have a house and we have been married for thirty years. I do not have money to divorce but I want my share of our property and was told alimony too.

Unlikely if you have equity in the house and may be able to get support. A lawyer may be able to get fees from your ex.

No. Attorneys do not take pro bono cases for divorce but sometimes they take a case if they can get fees from the other side or their fees from a house when it sells.
