Does the QDO for my ex-wife to receive a portion of my retirement have to be signed by both of us?

I was divorced 8 years ago. My ex-wife's attorney failed to file the paperwork (QDO) for her to receive a portion of my retirement and he is now threatening me with an injunction until the matter is resolved, as I getting close to retiring. What are my rights? Can my ex-wife and her attorney file a motion with the court and enter the QDO without my signature or my attorney's signature?

Yes, the only signature that counts is the judges. Cooperate, you will loose even more if you do not. Get an attorney QDROs are complex and you must have it reflect the correct options.
