Does this mean I am now divorced?

I checked the status of my divorce at the court house and this is what I saw:12/13/2013 VACATE STFL HEARING SCHEDULED FOR 03/18/16 AT 08:30 IN DEPARTMENT RCC. Not Applicable 12/13/2013 NEJ MAILED TO ALL PARTIES Not Applicable 12/11/2013 NOTICE OF ENTRY OF JUDGMENT - DATE MARITAL STATUS TERMINATES 12/11/13 12/11/2013 FAMILY LAW JUDGMENT ON DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE WITH CHILDREN FILED 01/17/2013 Not Applicable Minutes FAMILY LAW JUDGMENT ON DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE WITH CHILDREN FILED 01/17/2013 ORDERED ENTERED 12/11/13 COMPLAINT STAGE AT DISPOSITION JUDGMENT BEFORE HEARING. DISPOSITION: JUDGMENT BEFORE HEARING. ACTION - COMPLETE. Am I divorced? What does the hearing scheduled for 3/18/16 means? Thank you.

I can't tell what the entries mean. Best advice: go to the courthouse and see what the clerk has to say about the status of your case. If you can find an attorney in your community who practices family law, see if he/she can help you with an initial consultation either in person or by phone.

It looks like you are divorced. The 03/18/16 hearing was vacated. You are divorced as of 12/11/2013.

It sounds to me like you are divorced as of 12/11/13. I think the key thing about the 2016 date is that the hearing was vacated.
