Getting divorce, does my ex wife have a right to keep the rings?

More details to this question:
she agreed to sign the divorce papers (no-fault) and I have a voicemail stating it. now she doesnt want to do it unless I give back the rings. Is she entitled to have them back?

It's negotiable. But they're generally considered gifts...owned by the person to whom they were given.
