You have no other options if you wish to receive your portion of the Pension. You will need another court order to receive your part of this undisclosed asset. You may also request attorney fees and sanctions for his failure to disclose the asset, so that you do not have to pay for his non-disclosure by incurring additional court and attorney fees.

No, although you may get the court to order him to pay your attorney fees because he knowingly failed to disclose his pension.

In Utah, you could (among other options) ask the court to award you the un-disclosed/concealed asset as a sanction for concealing/not disclosing it in the divorce proceedings.

You will have to seek a modification of the judgment, and seek to have him pay all the fees due to his fraud on you and the court.

File a Motion asserting fraud on the Court by him. In the Motion request he pay all costs. Time is of the essence because there is a time limit to assert fraud.
