My first suggestion is that you at least consult with an experienced family law attorney in your area to discuss your rights. In Arizona there is a self service center at the county superior court buildings where you can get not only the forms for a dissolution, but also the instruxctions about how to process the paperwork. In Maricopa county there is also an online self service center. The grounds for a dissolution in Arizona are that your marriage is irretrievably broken, with no prospect of reconciliation.

The only way you will know is if you file divorce papers in the county where you live and have him served. After such a long separation, there shouldn't be very much the two of you could find to fight about.
