how can I file for cheep divorce?

I live in N.J. for over 3 years, I am 75 yrs old, retired living in a government housing, with $742.00/mo and $124.00 food stamp IMy rent is $215.00/mo. I need help. Please do . Thank You Maria Flores My phone is (973) 272-7926

You can find all of the forms necessary to file for divorce on your own at the New Jersey Superior Court website.  Scroll all the way down to the bottom and go to the family law section and get the form called the "pro se packet".  All of the forms you would need to file for divorce on your won will be there, and the clerks at the court will help you to make sure you are filing the proper forms.  Good luck.
