More details to this question:
My name is Elena. I'm married for 5 years, we have a 4 year old child. I'm not employed but I want to divorce my husband. Is any way I can hire a lawyer and make my husband pay for all this. He has a CPA firm, we rent an apartment in Manhattan, NY. We don't have any property. I helped him with all his business but now that his business grew he basically kicked me out of that. I'm looking for a job but I cant stay with my husband anymore and don't want to wait till I can afford divorce myself. I will pretend for full time custody, alimony and spousal support.

If your husband is what the law calls the "monied" spouse he will be required to pay for both lawyers in your divorce. You should discuss your situation with a couple of attorneys and explain - most will be willing to work with you under those circumstances.
