I received a summons with notice action for divorce the past Friday March 23, 2014. I need to know what action i need to do to get alimony and child support because we sign a lawyer paper the last year with amount that he said, but I need to put by court.

I don't know what "a lawyer paper" means - but before you sign anything you should contact an attorney. If you don't make the proper request you won't get support.
