Most divorces are not easy or fast, especially when there are minor children involved. However, hiring an attorney to assist you can greatly aid in making sure that the process is done properly and all necessary issues addressed.

Only if he does not respond to the complaint. Sorry, but there is no way to guarantee an easy and fast divorce. It always depends on whether both parties want it and how they divide the property and the children.

File for divorce and have him served in jail. All divorces take at least six months from the date he is served with the papers.

You can contact an attorney in California to assist with drafting the necessary paperwork. I can't answer whether you will get a "fast and easy" divorce as need more facts especially with children involved.
