How could I prove my spouse was served his divorce papers?

If the court needs proof that my spouse was served with the divorce petition, how can I prove that he was served with the divorce papers?

You have the person who serve the papers, prepare of proof of service of summons form and file it with the Court. If the other spouse files a motion to quash the service, then you have the process server provide you with a declaration re service or appear in court to testify about the service.

Have the person who served the papers on him other than you sign a proof of service by mail. It is a California family law form. Then file the form with the court.
