How do I attach the notarized MSA to the judgment?

I don't understand your question. If you are attaching a notarized MSA to a judgment you literally staple the original to the judgment and copies to the copies you submit to the court.

You have to file a motion to set aside the Judgment. There are deadlines. So do not miss them.

With a staple. Seriously, assuming the MSA is complete and addresses all necessary issues, and is properly referenced in the Judgment (things you can check by having an experienced family lawyer review the package).
